Step 1: Apply & Discovery Call

You book a FREE discovery call so we can get to know each other. We’ll discuss your needs, my services, and how I can help make your copy work as hard as you do! After our meeting, I’ll put together a proposal and send it your way. If you want to proceed, we move to Step 2.

Step 2: Word Magic Happens

This the fun bit where you let me work my word magic, while you turn your attention to other important things, like growing your business or organization.

I’ll take a deeper dive into your brand’s DNA and research the heck out of your industry and competitors. I’ll use my findings and what we discussed in our discovery call to craft copy that’s true to your brand voice and captivates your target audience.

Step 3: Supercharged Success

Once you’ve reviewed the copy and provided your feedback, I’ll revise it until you’re as happy as a clam. Then it’s time for you to sign off your approval. I’ll send my final invoice, and you’ll set about putting your polished copy to work for your business. And, last but not least, we’ll do a happy dance - maybe literally or maybe not so literally, that’s your call.

I generally charge by the project rather than by the hour. My rates are based on the complexity of the project and the value it provides to the client. I work with clients in non-profit, private, academic, and government sectors. The turnaround time required for the project is also taken into account
