LP INTERNET SERVICES
The Client: LP Internet Services is a family-owned and operated business headquartered in Western Prince Edward Island. Established in 1981, the company has gone through a number of evolutions in terms of its product and service offerings, as well as its name. One thing has remained the same: a deep commitment to genuine old-fashioned customer service.
The Challenge: In 2023, Donald Arsenault approached me to assist with developing a brand strategy and website copy for the business. He had just purchased the company from his father and was keen to launch a website that reflected the company’s values, unique positioning in the local market, and provided customers with easy access to key information about the internet services on offer.
The Solution: We were starting with a fresh canvas, but also had the benefit of building on forty years of Leo Paul’s commitment to excellent customer service. I led Donald through my signature branding process, including several interviews with current customers. The resulting Difference Map and Brand Guide revealed a clear brand strategy and archetype that would build on LP Internet’s existing strengths and I then used the Brand Guide to prepare copy that was on-brand and designed to resonate with their ideal clients.
